Return & Delivery

We are happy to return the goods sold within 3 days (72h) from the purchased time and replace them within 5 days from the purchased day, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and identification cards, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. (not allow to exchange bellow the original value)

Exchange or Refund only one time.

Exchanges and returns are permitted one time only. Cash back or replacement will be granted in the event of a manufacturing defect. The receipt must be presented and the store's policy and time frame must be adhered to.

Do not exchange or return sensitive goods such as (socks, accessories, evening bags, Party Shoes, Party Dress and the like)

Do not exchange or return goods that have defects resulting from misuse Goods sold during the offer period can be exchanged within 3 days only from purchased time.

The invoice amount will be refunded if the payment was made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Mada to the same cards that were used in the purchase process.

If the purchase was made via MADA, the amount will be returned 7 working days after the date of return. 

If the purchase was made via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, the amount will be returned 15 business days after the date of return. 

if purchased by cash and return, the return money will be take to 4 business days to give cash or bank transfer.

Return / Exchange should be done at the same store where you made the purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy for Discounted Items:  

Please note that items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for other discounted items of equal or higher value, in accordance with the store’s policy
 

Shipping Cost in Return and Exchange Policy:

·         In the case of a return: The shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned item.

·          In the case of an exchange: The customer will bear the shipping cost, and a payment link will be sent to settle the shipping fee separately before completing the exchange process.
